Michelle Armer

Michelle Armer is the chief people officer at CareerBuilder where she leads the human resources team with a focus on building a high performance culture that supports business goals, employees’ professional development, and diversity. Michelle started at the company more than 15 years ago as one of the first four members of the HR team and has held a variety of roles within HR, where her favorite projects involve unifying the team, guiding product development through internal pilot programs, and adding value to CareerBuilder's business and employment brand. Her passions are software as a service, efficiency, user experience, and finding the simplest possible solutions to complex problems. She received her MBA from Notre Dame University in 2011. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, boating, and spending time with her husband and five-year-old daughter.
